A memo to Councll, dated March B, 1963, from ths City lIanager,refenred to a corumlnLcatlon recelved by hls Offlce from the City
Englneer, advlslng that ln reply to Council, an estimate has been
conputed for the constnuctlon of a pe:rmanent road "o616nglng atthe exlstlng dunp gate, contlnuLnt ln allgrnaent along the prssent
road to the Sewage Troatment F1ant, through the Treatment Plent
area to a point to an exlsting trash fence.
A cost estimate for the flrst 1r2OO L. F. nequLned wlthln thls area,
approximat es $t3,500.00, and lncludes site clearlng, roadway gr.adln!,
excavatlon, compactlng sub-grade, placlng base rock and sunface
and the lnstallatlon of the necessary draLnage strrrctures; the
estlmate also lncludes an amount of appnoxlmate1y $2r0OO.0O fot3
