RESOLUTION NO. 111-2022
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BURLINGAME ACCEPTING
THE SOUTH EL CAMINO REAL WATER MAIN IMPROVEMENTS AND BAYSIDE WATER
VALVE REPLACEMENT PROJECTS BY CRATUS, INC.
CITY PROJECT NOS. 84890 & 85260
RESOLVED by the CITY COUNCIL of the City of Burlingame, California, and this Council
does hereby find, order and determine as follows:
1. The Director of Public Works of said City has certified the work done by Cratus, Inc., under
the terms of its contract with the City dated February 25, 2021, has been completed in accordance
with the plans and specifications approved by the City Council and to the satisfaction of the Director of
Public Works.
2. Said work is particularly described as City Project Nos. 84890 and 85260.
3. Said work be and the same hereby is accepted.

I, Meaghan Hassel Shearer, City Clerk of the City of Burlingame, do hereby certify that the foregoing
Resolution was introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council held on the 19th day of
September, 2022, and was adopted thereafter by the following vote:
