A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BURLINGAME
APPROVING A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH CSG
CONSULTANTS, INC. IN THE AMOUNT OF $125,400 FOR THE NEIGHBORHOOD
STORM DRAIN #13 PROJECT AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO
EXECUTE THE AGREEMENT
CITY PROJECT NO. 85890
WHEREAS, The City is considering conducting activities for consultant engineering services for
construction management, inspection, and material testing services for the Neighborhood Storm
Drain #13 Project, City Project No. 85890; and
WHEREAS, The City desires to engage CSG Consultants to provide construction management,
inspection, and material testing services because of Consultant’s experience and qualifications
to perform the desired work, described in professional services agreement attached hereto.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the CITY COUNCIL of the City of Burlingame,
California which FINDS, ORDERS, and DETERMINES AS FOLLOWS:
1. The public interest and convenience require execution of the agreement cited in
the title above and attached hereto.
2. The City Manager is authorized to sign said agreement on behalf of the City of
Burlingame.
3. The City Clerk is instructed to attest such signature.

Resolution was introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council held on the 15th day of August,
2022 and was adopted thereafter by the following vote:
