RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE GIry OF BURLINGAME
RECOMi'IENDING A FINDING THAT THERE IS NO SUBSTANTIAL EVIDENCE THAT
THE APPROVAL OF AN APPLICATION FOR AMENDMENT TO CONDOII'IINIUM
PEMRIT TO ADD COMMON OPEN SPACE ON THE ROOF OF THE BUILDING AT
1509 EL CAMINO REAL WLL HAVE A SIGNIFICANT EFFECT ON THE
ENVIRONMENT UNDER THE CALIFORNIA ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY ACT
(cEoA) PURSUANT TO ARTTCLE 6 OF THE CEQA GUTDELTNES
THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BURLINGAME hereby finds as
follows:
Section 1. On the basis of the lnitial Study and the documents submitted and
reviewed, and comments received and addressed by this commission, it is hereby found that
there is no substantial evidence that the project set forth above will have a significant effect on
the environment, and Addendum to the Mitigated Negative Declaration (ND-585-P) is hereby
approved
Section 2. lt is further directed that a certified of be recorded in
the official records of the County of San M
