RESOLVED, by the Planning Commission of the City of Burlingame that:
WHEREAS, a Categorical Exemption has been prepared and application has been made for

WHEREAS, said matters were heard by the Planning Commission of the City of Burlingame on March
14. 2022, at which time it reviewed and considered the staff report and all other written materials and

NOW, THEREFORE, it is RESOLVED and DETERMINED by this Planning Commission that

2. Said Conditional Use Permit is approved subject to the conditions set forth in Exhibit "A"
attached hereto. Findings for such Conditional Use Permit are set forth in the staff report,

that any changes in operation, floor area, use, parking spaces, number of employees, or
number of customers/students shall require an amendment to this use permit;
that the commercial recreation operator (applicant) shall maintain an active business license
with the City of Burlingame; and
that the project shall meet all the requirements of the California Building and Uniform Fire
Codes, in effect at time of building permit submittal, as amended by the City of Burlingame.

that the approved commercial recreation use of the site shall be limited to rehearsals,
classes, camps and private instruction with no public productions and performances on-site;
all productions and performances shall take place off-site;
