STORY, OFFICE/RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT BUILIDNG AND PARKTNG GARAGE AT 567 AIRPORT BOULEVARD WILL HAVE A SIGNIFICANT EFFECT ON THE ENVIRONMENT UNDER THE CALTFORNTA ENVTRONMENTAL QUALtry ACT (CEQA) PURSUANT TO ARTICLE 5 OF THE CEQA GUIDELINES THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BURLINGAME hereby finds as follows: Section 1. On the basis of the lnitial Study and the documents submitted and reviewed, and comments received and addressed by this commission, it is hereby found that there is no substantial evidence that the project set forth above will have a significant effect on the environment, and a Mitigated Negative Declaration, per Mitigated Negative Declaration ND-609-P, is hereby approved.
