October 2021 h^rrro eo,rliw.r ITY BUffiHroffA-h#ffiCaLIrciEllis JUNE Date: Kevin Gardiner, AICP, Community Development RESOLUT]oN NO. 619-625 CALIFORNIA DR - RESO 2021-06.28.-8d-2-CEQA RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CIry OF BURLINGAME RECOMMENDING A FINDING THAT THERE IS NO SUBSTANTIAL EVIDENCE THAT THE APPROVAL OF AN APPLICATION FOR AMENDMENT TO COMMERCIAL DESIGN REVIEW, CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR BUTLDING HEIGHT, AND CONDOMINIUM PERMIT FOR A NEW 44.UN!T LIVE/WORK DEVELOPMENT AT 619.625 CALIFORNIA DRIVE WILL HAVE A SIGNIFICANT EFFECT ON THE ENVIRONMENT UNDER THE CALIFORNIA ENVIRONMENTAL QUALTTY ACT (cEoA) puRsuANT TO ARTICLE 6 OF THE CEQA GUTDELTNES THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BURLINGAME hereby finds as follows: Section 1. On the basis of the lnitial Study and the documents submitted and reviewed, and comments received and addressed by this commission, it is hereby found that there is no substantial evidence that the project set forth above will have a significant effect on the environment, and a Mitigated Negative Declaration, per Mitigated Negative Declaration ND- 600-P and Addendum to the Mitigated Negative Declaration is hereby approved.
