RECREATION FACILITT REPORT A comunication from the City ltanager, dated April 1, 1955, advised that ttr. Charles iI. Reitz, Distriet Representative of the Pacific Southwest District of the National Recreation Association, has recently reviewed a }ist of the City's recreation and park facilities and ha6 inspected the area proposed for ttre development of a golf course.
