RESOLUTION NO. 075-2022
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BURLINGAME
ACCEPTING IMPROVEMENTS — WASTEWATER TREATMENT FACILITY PROCESS
PIPING IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT BY TRINET CONSTRUCTION, INC.
CITY PROJECT NO. 86150
RESOLVED by the CITY COUNCIL of the City of Burlingame, California, and this Council
does hereby find, order and determine as follows:
1. The Director of Public Works of said City has certified the work done by Trinet
Construction, Inc., under the terms of its contract with the City dated June 17, 2021, has been
completed in accordance with the plans and specifications approved by the City Council and to the
satisfaction of the Director of Public Works.
2. Said work is particularly described as City Project No. 86150.
3. Said work be and the same hereby is accepted.

I, Meaghan Hassel Shearer, City Clerk of the City of Burlingame, do hereby certify that the
foregoing Resolution was introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council held on the 20t" day of
June, 2022, and was adopted thereafter by the following vote:
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS: BEACH, BROWNRIGG, COLSON, O'BRIEN KEIGHRAN, ORTIZ
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: NONE
ABSENT: COUNCILMEMBERS: NONE
