Discussion
1. Trustee Murray summarized the report from the SVCF for the
period ending October 31, 2020.
• The report lists the specific Asset Classes depicting the amount
of funds allocated to the library's portfolio, with performance
compared to an appropriate benchmark.
• Trustee Murray felt the change in investment consultants from
Colonial Life to Cambridge Associates was a positive decision by
SVCF.
2. The Trustees revisited the possibility of moving to another
investment entity and discussed ways to find out what would be
involved to initiate and execute a plan to migrate to another
Foundation or investment firm.
2
3. The Trustees decided that the first step in this endeavor would be
to invite Bill Nagle to attend a Trustee meeting since he was
instrumental in setting up the trust with what is now the SVCF.
4. Trustee Murray agreed to extend the invitation to Bill Nagle.
