In a comlunication d.ated June 6, 1973, the Director of Public works advised
that contractors I bials opened on liednesday, June 6, 1973, at 2:00 p.m. for Job
7 3-3---Resurfacing Burlingame Avenue, in accordance with public notice, were
declared as follows:

In hi-s cc,rnmunication the Director of Public works recomended award of contract
to Lolrrie Paving Company, lowest responsible bidder. The City Manager concurred
in the recorunendation 4n an addendum to the letter.
RESOLUTION NO. 44-73 rrAwa-rding Contract - Resurfacing Burlingame Avenue,
Job No. 73-3" (The Lovrie Paving Company, Inc., A Corporation, 917,712.00) was
introduced by councilman TYnstrup, who moved its adoption, second by Councilman
Mangini and declared carried on the following ro11 call:
