A communication from the Federal Sign and Signal corporation,
dated February 25, 1969, sutxnitted in behalf of Western AirlinesInternational, appealing the decision of the Planning Corrunissionin denying a request for the erection of a forty-two foot pole

A communication from the City Engineer, dated February 27, !969,
advised that the installation involving the underground utilities
and sewage pump st,ation, identified as Schedule 4-U in the Bayside
Improvement District No. 4, has been satisfactorily completed anda certificate of completion has been submitted by Hcrhrard G. Hickey,
Engineer of Work.

Engineer, in reply to an inquiry from the Chair, confirmedthat with the completion of Schedule 4-U, the substitutionof an engineer of brork, as requested at the last regular
meeting of Council, is appropriate.
