CALL TO ORDER
An adjourned meeting of the Burlingame City Council, from the
meeting of 6/7/76, was held on the above date in Conference Room B,
City HaIl. The meeting was called to order at 8:00 P.u. by Mayor
Victor A. Mangini.

INSURANCE
An informationa-l report on new figures showing the prospective
savings by establishj-ng self insurance for Workersr Compensation
coverage was reviewed.
After discussion it was moved and seconded that State Compensation
Insurance Fund coverage be cancelfed as of July l, ].976; that
Employees' Self Insurince Servj-ce be retained for administration
of Workers' Compensatj-on claims, that excess coverage insurance be
obtained from State Compensation Insurance Eund anil {:at a binder
assuring coverage be provided prior to Council's action in July
needed ior any contracts under this change in Workers' Compensation
coverage.
The motion passed on
