RESOLUTION NO. 098-2021
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BURLINGAME
DESIGNATING THE VOTING DELEGATE AND ALTERNATE FOR THE 2021
LEAGUE OF CALIFORNIA CITIES' ANNUAL CONFERENCE
WHEREAS, the League of California Cities is holding its annual conference in Sacramento
from September 22 through September 24, 2021; and
WHEREAS, during the conference, the League holds its the Annual Business Meeting
where members consider and take action on resolutions that establish League policy; and
WHEREAS, in order for the City to vote on resolutions at the Annual Business Meeting,
the Council must designate voting delegates and alternates through Council resolution; and
WHEREAS, Councilmember Colson will act as the voting delegate for the City; and
WHEREAS, if Councilmember Colson is unable to vote, Councilmember Beach will act as
the alternate.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BURLINGAME DOES
RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Councilmember Colson is designated the voting delegate for the 2021 League of
California Cities' Annual Conference, and Councilmember Beach will act as the alternate.

I, MEAGHAN HASSEL-SHEARER, City Clerk of the City of Burlingame, do hereby certify
that the foregoing Resolution was introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council held on the
16th day of August, 2021, and was adopted thereafter by the following vote:
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS: BEACH, BROWNRIGG, COLSON, O'BRIEN KEIGHRAN, ORTIZ
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: NONE
ABSENT: COUNCILMEMBERS: NONE
