RESOLUTION NO.095-2021
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BURLINGAME
AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE A PROFESSIONAL
SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH RECTRAC, LLC DB/A VERMONT SYSTEMS, FOR
REGISTRATION SOFTWARE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
WHEREAS, the City Council approved funds in the FY 2021-22 operating budget for a
new registration software management system; and
WHEREAS, City staff released a Request for Proposals (RFP) for these services on
January 19, 2021; and
WHEREAS, four proposals were received, evaluated, and ranked based on the selection
criteria listed in the RFP; and
WHEREAS, Vermont System submitted the most qualified proposal in the amount of
$21,120 for annual service and $11,500 for a one-time training fee.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BURLINGAME
RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
1. The proposal of RecTrac, LLC d/b/a Vermont Systems is determined to be the best-
qua]itied proposal for the new registration software management system, and it is accepted.
2. The City Manager is authorized to execute an agreement in the form attached hereto
with the most qualified company, RecTrac, LLC d/b/a Vermont System, for the performance of
the work, in the form attached to this resolution.

resolution was introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council held on the 16th day of August
2021, and was adopted thereafter by the following vote:
