RESOLUTION NO. 088-2021
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BURLINGAME ACCEPTING
IMPROVEMENTS — BROADWAY, CALIFORNIA DRIVE, CADILLAC WAY, AND
TROUSDALE DRIVE FEDERAL GRANT RESURFACING PROJECT BY REDGWICK
CONSTRUCTION CO.
CITY PROJECT NO. 84810
FEDERAL AID PROJECT NO. RSTP 5171 (024)
RESOLVED by the CITY COUNCIL of the City of Burlingame, California, and this Council
does hereby find, order, and determine as follows:
1. The Director of Public Works of said City has certified the work done by Redgwick
Construction Co., under the terms of its contract with the City dated July 15, 2020, has been
completed in accordance with the plans and specifications approved by the City Council and to the
satisfaction of the Director of Public Works.
2. Said work is particularly described as City Project No. 84810, Federal Aid Project No.
RSTP 5171(024).
3. Said work be and the same hereby is accepted.

foregoing Resolution was introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council held on the 61h day of
