RESOLUTION NO. 086-2021
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BURLINGAME
ACCEPTING IMPROVEMENTS RAY PARK FIELD AND PARKING LOT PROJECT BY
SUAREZ & MUI IOZ CONSTRUCTION, INC., CITY PROJECT NO. 85750
RESOLVED by the CITY COUNCIL of the City of Burlingame, California, which finds, orders
and determines as follows:
1. The Director of Parks and Recreation of the City of Burlingame has certified the work done
by Suarez & Munoz Construction, Inc. under the terms of their contract with the City dated June 15,
2020 has been completed in accordance with the plans and specifications approved by the City Council
and to the satisfaction of the Director of Parks and Recreation.
2. Said work is completed as described as City Project No. 85750
3. Said work is accepted.

foregoing Resolution was introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council held on the 6th day of
July, 2021, and was adopted thereafter by the following vote:
