San Bruno. Council approved this suggested action as well as

FROM THE FLOOR:
Mr. Robert A. Minktn, 1116 Marquita Avenue, told Council he had
severe problems wtth raw sewage backed up in his yard, hadcalled various agencies to no avatl, and wanted Counctl advice.
Director of Public Works advised his department had been in-
formed of this situation, and Mr. Minkin had been told tt wouLd
be corrected as soorl as flooding had subsided on the property.
He had also been told he could file a claim. The Director ex-plained to 1,1r. Minktn the Cityrs plans fol se!{er system. I"1r.Minkin advised he was satisfLed with CityIs intent.
