Letter of April 29, 1980 from Mr. Cacciar orr behalf of his client,Sonny's Restaurant at 1318 Broadway, complained that the QuestionMark Disco, 1316 Broadway, was destroying his client's business byexcessive noise. He requested hearing be scheduted to revoke thedisco's entertainment permit

Councilman Amstrup requested that Mrs. Muriel Vint, 1530
Los A1tos Drive, be notified there will be a second
hearing on this ordinance on May 19.
Counci-lman Mangini moved consent cal-endar be approved with ex-
ceptl-on of Item 2A, second by Councilman Amstrup, carried unanimously
on ro11 call vote.
UNFINISHED BUSINESS
TREES
Council discussed the drastic pruning of eucalyptus trees on EI
Camino by CALTRANS and on Floribunda by the City of Hillsborough.
They reguested City Manager to approach both these agencies con-
cerning the possibly damaging results on these Heritage trees.
