RESOLUTION NO. 001-2021
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BURLINGAME ACCEPTING
IMPROVEMENTS — SKYLINE PARK PROJECT BY GALEB PAVING, INC, CITY PROJECT
NO. 85460
RESOLVED by the CITY COUNCIL of the City of Burlingame, California, which finds, orders,
and determines as follows:
1. The Director of Parks and Recreation of the City of Burlingame has certified the work done
by GALES PAVING, INC. under the terms of their contract with the City dated May 6, 2019, has been
completed in accordance with the plans and specifications approved by the City Council and to the
satisfaction of the Director of Parks and Recreation.
2. Said work is particularly described as City Project No. 85460
3. Said work is accepted.

I, Meaghan Hassel -Shearer, City Clerk of the City of Burlingame, do hereby certify that the
foregoing Resolution was introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council held on 41h day of January
2021, and was adopted thereafter by the following vote:
