If you cannot attend the June meeting, please contact me so we can arrange for you to appear at a City Council meeting and get your award. You are welcome to attend any July or August Commission meetings, but your term of office officially expires on June 30. You may continue to serve until your replacements are named. If you know of any outstanding young people who could serve as next year's Youth Commissioners, I hope that you will give them an application form or alert the Recreation staff so we can follow-up with them. I have appreciated your participation this year and I have heard several Commissioners say that they thought the two of you have been the most productive Youth Commissioners we have ever had. Thanks!! Since I will be out of town on June 18, Randy Schwartz and Tim Richmond will staff the Commission meeting. Thanks for all your help this year! enclosure: Youth Advisory Commissioner Application Form cc: Mike Nilmeyer, Commission Chairman Randy Schwartz, Recreation Superintendent CITY OF BURLINGAME PARKS & RECREATION DEPARTMENT 950 Burlingame Avenue.
