Selection of 2000-01 Youth Advisory Commissioners
To date we have received three applications for Youth Advisory Commissioner for next school
year. Enclosed please find the three applications. I have advised all three candidates that, since
June 15 is high school graduation night, they are not required to be present at this meeting. They
will need to attend your July meeting if they cannot attend this meeting so that the City Council
can appoint the students selected in August.
If one ore more of the students is able to attend, I recommend that you interview the applicant/s
who are present on June 15. If one or more is unable to attend, we will re-agendize this for next
month. If all are not able to be present on June 15, please save their applications for your use at
the July meeting.
