HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso - CC - 131-2020DocuSign Envelope ID: C441115C-E1A2-49B8-951B-E91160B97D41 RESOLUTION NO. 131-2020 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BURLINGAME APPROVING THE VESTING TENTATIVE AND FINAL PARCEL MAP (PM 20-01), LOT SPLIT OF A 3.195 ACRE PORTION OF PARCEL A AS FILED IN BOOK 68 OF PARCEL MAPS, PAGES 5-6, OFFICE OF THE SAN MATEO COUNTY RECORDER AT 30 INGOLD The City Council of the City of Burlingame resolves as follows: WHEREAS, the Public Works Department recommends that the City Council approve the above said vesting tentative and final parcel map with the following conditions: 1. The existing structure at the site must be demolished prior to the recordation of the final map at the San Mateo County Office of Records. 2. A final parcel map for the lot split must be filed by the applicant within the two-year time period as allowed by the Subdivision Map Act and the City's Subdivision Ordinance. 3. All sidewalk, driveway approach, curb, and gutter fronting the project site on Ingold Road and Rollins Road shall be removed and replaced per City Standard Details. 4. The developer shall be required to grind and pave Ingold Road from curb to curb, from the curb return at the T-intersection of Rollins Road to the end of Ingold Road as shown on the building permit plans under the Civil drawings. 5. No developmental approvals shall be a part of this mapping action. 6. All property corners shall be set in the field and be shown on the map. 7. The final map shall show all proposed and existing easements, the widths of the right-of-way for Ingold Road and Rollins Road including the centerlines of right-of- way, bearings and distances of centerline and any existing monuments in the roadway. 8. The final map shall show the dedication of the proposed public park to the City of Burlingame as part of the development and the subdivision map. 9. Permanent stormwater treatment measures and maintenance agreements are required for each parcel. Agreements shall be recorded with the County prior to building permit sign -off. NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, DETERMINED, AND ORDERED BY THE DocuSign Envelope ID: C441115C-E1A2-49B8-951B-E91160B97D41 COUNCIL, AS FOLLOWS: The Final Parcel Map (PM 20-01) with the conditions described above is approved. 2.
