HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso - CC - 125-2020DocuSign Envelope ID: B93F7FD7-E5D0-43E9-BEA2-04F9F5D1A76C RESOLUTION NO. 125-2020 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BURLINGAME RECOMMENDING A FINDING THAT THERE IS NO SUBSTANTIAL EVIDENCE THAT THE APPROVAL OF A REQUEST FOR AMENDMENT TO THE ZONING CODE (DONNELLY AVENUE COMMERCIAL DISTRICT) AND DOWNTOWN SPECIFIC PLAN (DONNELLY AVENUE AREA), DESIGN REVIEW, CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT, CONDOMINIUM PERMIT AND LOT COMBINATION FOR A NEW THREE-STORY, 14-UNIT MIXED USE COMMERCIAL/RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT AT 1214-1220 DONNELLY AVENUE WILL HAVE A SIGNIFICANT EFFECT ON THE ENVIRONMENT AS DEFINED IN THE CALIFORNIA ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY ACT (CEQA) PURSUANT TO THE FINDINGS STATED AND MITIGATION MEASURES OUTLINED IN MITIGATED NEGATIVE DECLARATION ND-607-P THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BURLINGAME hereby finds as follows: Section 1. On the basis of the Initial Study and the documents submitted and reviewed, and comments received and addressed by this council, it is hereby found that there is no substantial evidence that the project set forth above will have a significant effect on the environment, and a Mitigated Negative Declaration, per Mitigated Negative Declaration ND-607-P, is hereby approved.
