A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BURLINGAME
APPROVING A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH THE HANNA
GROUP, INC., AN NV5 SUBSIDIARY, FOR THE BROADWAY, CALIFORNIA
DRIVE, CADILLAC WAY, AND TROUSDALE DRIVE FEDERAL GRANT
RESRUFACING PROJECT AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO
EXECUTE THE AGREEMENT
CITY PROJECT NO. 84810
RESOLVED, by the CITY COUNCIL of the City of Burlingame, California which FINDS,
ORDERS and DETERMINES AS FOLLOWS:
1. The public interest and convenience require execution of the agreement cited in
the title above.
2. The City Manager is authorized to sign the agreement on behalf of the City of
Burlingame.
3. The City Clerk is instructed to attest such signature.
