RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BURLINGAME
AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO ACCEPT GRANT DEED TO
1369 N. CAROLAN AVENUE, BURLINGAME, CALIFORNIA
APN 026-121-050
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Burlingame:
WHEREAS, the City wishes to acquire the real property at 1369 N. Carolan Avenue,
Burlingame, California, and by Resolution No. 67-2000, the City Council authorized the acquisition
of the property by eminent domain if necessary; and
WHEREAS, the owners of the property and the City have reached agreement on a purchase
price and the terms of the purchase of the property,
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS RESOLVED AND ORDERED:
1. The City Manager is authorized and directed to execute an acceptance by the City
generally as attached hereto as Exhibit A of a standard form Grant Deed and such other documents
as necessary in connection with the purchase of the real property at 1369 N. Carolan Avenue in the
form approved by the City Attorney, and the Clerk is directed to attest to the signature of the City
Manager.
