RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BURLINGAME
APPROVING AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF BURLINGAME AND
THE CITY OF SAN MATEO FOR RESURFACING OF PENINSULA AVENUE
(PROJECT NO. 9921(2))
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Burlingame:
WHEREAS, Peninsula Avenue is a key boundary street shared by the Cities of San
Mateo and Burlingame; and
WHEREAS, the Cities of San Mateo and Burlingame have received approval of a
tentative grant for resurfacing Peninsula Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the City of Burlingame is able to administer the resurfacing as part of its
upcoming resurfacing project; and
WHEREAS, the agreement attached hereto will allow the two cities to cooperate in the
resurfacing and satisfy Federal and State requirements of the grant,
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS RESOLVED AND ORDERED:
1. The City Manager is authorized and directed to execute the Agreement between the
City of San Mateo and the City of Burlingame as contained in Exhibit A hereto.
2. The Clerk is directed to attest to the signature of the Manager.
