Dear Mr. Izmirian:
At its regular meeting of April 7, 1988, the Beautification Commission
voted unanimously to issue you a permit to remove and replace one (1)
acacia with a suitable 15 gallon size tree at your expense. Enclosed
is an official street tree list to assist you in choosing an appropriate
tree.
Please contact the Park Department at 342-8931 to make arrangements to
pick up your permit.
