FROM THE FLOOR February 24, 1997 Burlingame Beautification Commission 850 Burlingame Avenue Burlingame, CA 94010-2899 RE: Replacement of 1 Redwood Tree @ 2217 Adefine Drive Dear Commission Members, In regards to your letter dated February 1 lth 1997, we have had numerous delays and are still in the process of finishing the garage replacement and have yet to even begin the landscaping portion of this project. We would like to request an extension from the Commission until June of 1997, so that we can have our landscaping underway. Would the Commission also consider a request that we plant 2-3 smaller trees in lieu of one larger tree in order to better serve the extremely small nature of our backyard, which has a planting area of only (approximately) 40x23? We have consulted -' with a landscape designer and can provide planting sketches if necessary. We can be reached at the address fisted below. Thank -you for your consideration.
