The Commission's decision was based on the City Arborist's comments that the issues cited can be mitigated by pruning and heading the tree back from the neighbor's property. This decision may be appealed to the City Council in writing within 10 days of receipt of this letter (February 20'h ). If you have any questions regarding this matter, you may call the Parks Division at (650) 558-7330. Sincerely, Tim Richmond Parks Superintendent 1-11II Rio
