HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso - CC - 051-2000RESOLUTION 51-2000 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BURLINGAME ACCEPTING GRANT OF EASEMENT FROM 765 AIRPORT BOULEVARD L.P. FOR PEDESTRIAN EASEMENT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Burlingame: WHEREAS, the owners of the real property at 765 Airport Boulevard have developed a new hotel; and WHEREAS, in order to properly accommodate the hotel's entrance, the public sidewalk must be placed on the private property; and WHEREAS, because this accommodation is for private benefit, the owners are willing to grant a pedestrian easement to accommodate the public sidewalk and to maintain that easement in a safe and passable condition, NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED: 1. The Grant Deed for Pedestrian Easement attached hereto as Exhibit A is approved and accepted, and the City Manager is authorized and directed to accept the Deed by and on behalf of the City.. 2.
