HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso - CC - 015-2020RESOLUTION NO. 15-2020 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BURLINGAME FINDING THAT THERE IS NO SUBSTANTIAL EVIDENCE THAT THE APPROVAL OF A REQUEST FOR GENERAL PLAN AMENDMENT, REZONING, DESIGN REVIEW, CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT, DENSITY BONUS, AND VESTING TENTATIVE MAP FOR LOT MERGER FOR A NEW SIX -STORY, 150-UNIT RESIDENTIAL APARTMENT DEVELOPMENT AT 1095 ROLLINS ROAD WILL HAVE A SIGNIFICANT EFFECT ON THE ENVIRONMENT UNDER THE CALIFORNIA ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY ACT (CEQA) PURSUANT TO ARTICLE 6 OF THE CEQA GUIDELINES THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BURLINGAME finds as follows: Section 1. On the basis of the Initial Study and the documents submitted and reviewed, and comments received and addressed by the Planning Commission and this Council, .it is hereby found that there is no substantial evidence that the project set forth above will have a significant effect on the environment, and a Mitigated Negative Declaration, per Mitigated Negative Declaration ND-604-P, is approved. Section 2.
