RESOLUTION ACCEPTING COMPLETION OF
LAGUNA PLAYGROUND REHABILITATION
CITY PROJECT NO. 9847
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Burlingame, California, and this Council does
hereby FIND, ORDER and DETERMINE as follows:
1. The Parks & Recreation Director of said City has certified that the work done by
J.J.RCONSTRUCTION, under the terms of its contract with the City of Burlingame dated
September 27, 7999 has been completed in accordance with the plans and specifications approved
by this Council therefor and to the satisfaction of the Parks & Recreation Director.
2. Said work is particularly described as #9847 LAGUNA PARK PLAYGROUND
REHABILITATION.
3. Said work be and the same hereby is accepted.
4. The city engineer is directed to execute and file for record with the County Recorder notice
of the completion thereof as required by law.

Resolution was introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council held on the
Seventh day of Febru=. 2000, and was adopted thereafter by the following vote:
