RESOLUTION ACCEPTING COMPLETION OF
VILLAGE PARK REMODELING
CITY PROJECT NO. 9848
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Burlingame, California,
and this Council does hereby FIND, ORDER and DETERMINE as follows:
1. The Parks & Recreation Director of said City has certified that
the work done by D.L. FALK OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, under the terms of
its contract with the City of Burlingame dated MARCH 15, 1999, has been
completed in accordance with the plans and specifications approved by
this Council therefor and to the satisfaction of the Parks & Recreation
Director.
2. Said work is particularly described as #9848 VILLAGE PARK
REMODELING.
3. Said work be and the same hereby is accepted.
4. The city engineer is directed to execute and file for record with
the County Recorder notice of the completion thereof as required by law.
