A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BURLINGAME ACCEPTING
IMPROVEMENTS — EASTON ADDITION SEWER REHABILITATION PROJECT WITH
CITYWIDE NEIGHBORHOOD SEWER REHABILITATION, PHASE 4, BY CASEY
CONSTRUCTION, INC.
CITY PROJECT NO. 84192
RESOLVED by the CITY COUNCIL of the City of Burlingame, California, which finds, orders,
and determines as follows:
1. The Director of Public Works of said City has certified the work done by Casey
Construction, Inc., under the terms of its contract with the City dated March 29, 2019, has been
completed in accordance with the plans and specifications approved by the City Council and to the
satisfaction of the Director of Public Works.
2. Said work is particularly described as City Project No. 84192.
3. Said work is accepted.

I, Meaghan Hassel -Shearer, City Clerk of the City of Burlingame, certify that the foregoing
Resolution was introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council held on the 161" day of December,
2019, and was adopted thereafter by the following vote:
