APNs: 026-350-070 and 026-350-090• Glenborough Partners; property owners; WHEREAS, said matters were heard by the Planning Commission of the City of Burlingame on July 23, 2001 , at which time said application for extension was denied; WHEREAS, this matter was called up by City Council and a hearing thereon held on November 19, 2001 , at which time the City Council reviewed and considered the staff report and all other written materials and testimony presented at said hearing; NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby RESOLVED and DETERMINED by this Council that: 1. On the basis that on August 7, 2001 City Council certified the Final Environmental Impact Report for development of the property pursuant to CEQA Guidelines section 15090, no further environmental review of this project is required for the extension. 2. Said one-year extension of conditional use permits and variances is approved, subject to the conditions set forth in Exhibit "A" attached hereto. Findings for such one-year extension of conditional use permits and variances are as set forth in the staff report, minutes and recording of said meeting. 3. It is further directed that a certified copy of this resolution be recorded in the official records of the County of San Mateo.
