HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso - CC - 119-2001I11DRDIRMI[IR"L 11 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BURLINGAME REVISING THE EMPLOYMENT BENEFITS AFFORDED THE CITY CLERK WHEN PERFORMING THE APPOINTED DUTIES RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Burlingame: WHEREAS, Ann T. Musso, City Clerk, performs both elected and appointed duties in the City of Burlingame; and WHEREAS, the compensation for Ms. Musso's appointed duties should be consistent with the compensation and benefits for other management employees of the City and reflect her performance in fulfilling those obligations, NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS RESOLVED AND ORDERED: 1. As the person performing the duties assigned or delegated by the City Council, the benefits to be provided to Ann T. Musso, City Clerk, shall be as follows, effective 11 /5 / o l 2001: Benefits: Retirement, health, sick leave, vacation, administrative leave, and other benefits shall be the same as those of employees represented by the Burlingame Association of Department Heads These benefits only apply to the appointed duties and not to the duties of the elected position of City Clerk. 2. Except as expressly provided in this Resolution, all other provisions of Resolution Nos. 10-2000 and 79-2000 remain in full force and effect. 111AY0 I, ANN T.
