A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BURLINGAME APPROVING THE
TENTATIVE AND FINAL PARCEL MAP (PM 19-03), LOT MERGER OF LOTS 8, 9, 14, 15,
AND PORTION OF LOT 7, BLOCK 10, MAP OF POLO FIELD SUBDIVISION AT CITY
PARKING LOT N, LOCATED AT 160 LORTON AVENUE
The City Council of the City of Burlingame resolves as follows:
WHEREAS, City staff recommends City Council approve the parcel map with the following
conditions:
1. A final parcel map for the lot combination must be filed by the applicant within the two-year
time period as allowed by the Subdivision Map Act and the City's Subdivision Ordinance.
2. All property corners shall be set in the field and be shown on the map.
3. The final map shall show the widths of the right-of-way for Lorton Avenue, Highland Avenue,
and Howard Avenue, including the centerlines of right-of-way, bearings, distances of
centerline, and any existing monuments in the roadway.
4. All frontage sidewalks, driveways, and curb and gutter within in the public right-of-way shall
be replaced with new improvements.
5. No raised structures shall be constructed in the public right-of-way.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, DETERMINED AND ORDERED BY THE
COUNCIL, AS FOLLOWS:
1. The Final Parcel Map (PM 19-03) with the conditions described above is approved.
2. Staff is directed to verify that all conditions of approval are met and arrange for the
recording of the tentative and final parcel map.
