RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BURLINGAME RATIFYING
AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF BURLINGAME AND THE SAN MATEO
COUNTY CONVENTION AND VISITORS BUREAU FOR PERFORMANCE OF
SERVICES AND ACTIVITIES OF
THE SAN MATEO COUNTY TOURISM BUSINESS IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Burlingame:
WHEREAS, the City has formed San Mateo County Tourism Business Improvement
District pursuant to Streets & Highways Code sections 36500 and following ; and
WHEREAS, the San Mateo County Convention and Visitors Bureau is willing and able to
provide the services and activities required by the District; and
WHEREAS, the City has contracted with the Bureau for a number of years to provides
these types of services,
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS RESOLVED AND ORDERED:
1. The Agreement between the City and the San Mateo County Convention and Visitors
Bureau as contained in Exhibit A is approved and the Finance Director's execution of the
Agreement is ratified.

foregoing resolution was introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council held on the 2nd day of
