RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BURLINGAME
APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH THE COUNTY OF SAN MATEO TO CONTINUE
STORMWATER POLLUTION PREVENTION PROGRAM SERVICES
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Burlingame:
WHEREAS, the City has entered into agreements with the County of San Mateo for the
County to provide inspection services of commercial and industrial facilities as part of the
stormwater pollution control programs of the City and the County -wide system; and
WHEREAS, the County is willing to continue to provide these services,
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS RESOLVED AND ORDERED:
1. The City Manager is authorized and directed to execute the Agreement between the City
and the County of San Mateo for stormwater pollution prevention program services as contained in
Exhibit A hereto.
2. The Clerk is directed to attest to the signature of the Manager.
