RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BURLINGAME
AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE AN ADDENDUM NO. 1 TO THE
CITY'S AGREEMENT WITH KELLING, NORTHCROSS & NOBRIGA TO PROVIDE
ADDITIONAL FINANCIAL ADVISORY SERVICES FOR LONG-TERM PLANNING
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Burlingame:
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 11-2001, the City Council authorized the execution of an
agreement with Kelling, Northcross & Nobriga to provide financial advisor services in connection
with the financing of the new Corporation Yard for the City; and
WHEREAS, Kelling, Northcross & Nobriga is willing and able to provide financial
advisory services to the City to develop a long-term facilities plan for the City's future,
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS RESOLVED AND ORDERED:
1. The Addendum No 1 contained in Exhibit A hereto is approved.
2. The City Manager is authorized and directed to execute the Agreement contained in
Exhibit A hereto by and one behalf of the City.
3. The Clerk is directed to attest to the signature of the Manager.
