RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BURLINGAME
APPROVING AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF BURLINGAME AND
THE SAN MATEO COUNTY CITY/COUNTY ASSOCIATION OF GOVERNMENTS FOR
BUS ROUTE REPAIR/MAINTENANCE PROGRAM
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Burlingame:
WHEREAS, the San Mateo County City/County Association of Governments (C/CAG) is
authorized to distribute monies from the Program for Repair/Maintenance of Streets Utilized by
Transit Vehicles under Federal laws; and
WHEREAS, the City wishes to undertake repair and maintenance of certain streets in the
City that are affected by transit vehicles; and
WHEREAS, C/CAG is willing to reimburse some of the costs incurred by the City in that
repair and maintenance,
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS RESOLVED AND ORDERED:
The Mayor is authorized and directed to execute an agreement with C/CAG in
substantially the form attached as Exhibit A hereto for repairs and maintenance on the following
streets:
A. Arundel Road between Burlingame Avenue and Bayswater Avenue
B. Burlingame Avenue from East Lane to Arundel Road
C. Grove Avenue from California Drive to El Camino Real ^ ,

foregoing resolution was introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council held on the 21st day of
May 2001, and was adopted thereafter by the following vote:

NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: NONE
