A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BURLINGAME
ACCEPTING IMPROVEMENTS — NEIGHBORHOOD STORM DRAIN PROJECT #10
BY SETON PACIFIC CONSTRUCTION
CITY PROJECT NO. 84900
RESOLVED by the CITY COUNCIL of the City of Burlingame, California, which finds,
orders and determines as follows:
1. The Director of Public Works has certified that the work done by Seton Pacific
Construction under the terms of its contract with the City dated July 13, 2018,
has been completed in accordance with the plans and specifications approved by
the City Council and to the satisfaction of the Director of Public Works.
2. Said work is particularly described as City Project No. 84900.
3. Said work is accepted.

I, Meaghan Hassel -Shearer, City Clerk of the City of Burlingame, certify that the
foregoing Resolution was introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council held on the 19tn
day of August, 2019, and was adopted thereafter by the following vote:

NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: NONE
