RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BURLINGAME
APPROVING TRANSFER OF FUNDS FOR FISCAL YEAR 2001-2002
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Burlingame, that
the Department hereinabove named in the Request for Appropriation, Allotment or Transfer of Funds has
requested the transfer of certain funds as described in said Request: and
the Finance Director has approved said Request as to accounting and available balances, and the City Manager
has recommended the transfer of funds as set forth hereinabove:
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED AND DETERMINED that the recommendations of the City Manager be
approved and that the transfer of funds as set forth in said Request be effected.

I, ANN T.MUSSO, City Clerk of the City of Burlingame, do hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was introduced
at a regular meeting of the City Council held on the 7th day ofOctober 2002, and was adopted thereafter by the
following vote:
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS BAYLOCK, CO"KY, GALLIGAN, JANNEY, O'NAHONY
