WHEREAS, a sewer installation and maintenance agree-
ment has been entered into between the City of Burlingame and the
Town of Hillsborough, and that there is certain unincorporated
territory that desires to avail itself of this sewerage system,
and whereas, under the agreement with the Town of Hillsborough it
is made possible for such additional service be given provided the
capacity of the system will permit such service without jeopardiz-
ing the interest of either the Town of Hillsborough or the City of
Burlingame, and whereas, the city engineer of the City of 3urlin-
game has passed on the capacity of the sewerage system as being
sufficient to take care of the proposed additional unincorporated
territory which is a part of the Hale interest in Burlingame Hills.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved that we approve the plan
of adding this additional service provided the Town of Hillsborough
likewise approves the plan and requires from the unincorporated
territory, the installation of a sewer meter at a point at the Town
of Hillsborough as said sewerage system from the unincorporated
territory enters the town, it being understood that an annual ser-
vice charge will be chargeable against said proposed unincorporated
territory and said charge sr -all be levied and collected by San Mateo
County to the credit of the City of 3urlin arie.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the proportionate cost of
installation be charged to said unincorporated territory and that
said unincorporated territcry annually pay its sewerage saaintenance
charge.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution
