RESOLVIO, by the City Council of the City of Burlin-
game, pursuant to an act of the State of California empowering
the cities to abate weeds as a public nuisance, the City Council
of the City of Burlingame does hereby declare its intention to
abate and remove the noxiou's and dangerous weeds growing upon or
in front of property on all streets in the City of Burlingame in
all subdivisions of the said city. The abatement will be done
on the grounds that same are a public nuisance and that all lots
or lands from which or in front of which weeds are removed, shall

assessed to pay the cost of said removal and the charge there-

6 r shall constitute a lien upon such lots or lands'until paid.
All property owners having any objection to the pro-
19sed removal of said weeds are hereby notified to attend the
meeting of tie City Council of the City of Burlingame to be held
on the 4Zbli day of , 1938, at 8:00 p.m., where their object -

duly and regularly passed this 4th day of April, 1938, by the
