The City Council of the City of Burlingame does
hereby resolve:
To rescind the followin,,,, part aad portion of a
certain Resolution adopted by the said City Council on '::arch
4, 140, to -twit:
"Be it further resolved, that the Burlingame --
San Prateo Insurance Agents Association be, and it is hereby
nominated as the agent of record."
It being the intention of the said City Council to
make no recommendation as to the agent.
