RESOLUTION DECLARING NUISAdCE.
RESOLVIED by the City Council of the City of Burlingame:
IHEREAS, certain weeds are growing in said City of
Burlingame upon the various streets, squares, lanes, alleys,
avenues, courts and places within said municipality and upon pri-
vate property within said municipality, which said weeds bear seeds
of wingy or downy nature anti with such large growth as to become a
fire menace when dry, and are otherwise noxious and dangerous, and
IVIEREAS, said weeds constitute a public nuisance.
NON, THEREFORE, it is hereby declared t .at the said weeds
do now constitute and will continue to constitute a public nuisance,
and it is ordered tilat the said public nuisance be abated in the
manner provided by law, and that said nuisance exists upon all the
streets, squares, lanes, alleys, avenues, courts and places within
the City of �urlingarne .
The properties upon which said nuisance exists are all
of the streets, squares, lanes, alle77s, courts, avenues, places and
private property w_)_thin said City, as shown, described and deline-
ated on t,.e several maps of the properties of said City which are
recorded in the office of the County Recorder of the County of
San Mateo, reference in each instance for the description of any
particular street or property being hereby made to the several
maps aforesaid, and in the event of there being several subdivision
maps upon which the same lots are shown, reference is Lereby made
to the latest subdivision map.
Arid it is ordered that :Monday, the 7th day of April,
1941, at the hour of eio!ht o'clock P.IM. of said day, and at the
Council Chambers of the City Council of the City of Burlingame, 10_
cated in the City -all of said City, be and the same is hereby
fixed as the time and place when objections to the proposed removal
of such weeds shall be heard and given due consideration.

The Superintendent of Streets of said City of Burlingame
is hereby ordered and directed to cause notice of said hearing to
be given in the time, manner and form provided by law.
I hereby certify the foregoing to be a true copy of a
Resolution adopted by the City Council of the City of Burlingame,
California, at a regular meeting thereof held on the 3rd day
of March, 1y41, by the following vote of the members thereof:
Ayes, and in favor thereof, Councilmen: Buck - Burrows
Coleman - Hunt - McDonald
Noes, Councilmen: None
Absent, Councilmen: None
