OF CONVEYANCE.
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Burlingame
that for the purpose of clearing the title to the property
therein described, the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they are
hereby, authorized to execute and deliver a conveyance of the
real property described in the annexed Deed to California
Pacific Title & Trust Company, a corporation, the said convey-
ance being subject to all outstanding Agreements of Sale hereto-
fore made by the said City of Burlingame.
