SAN ", TEO AND DIMBARTON BRIDGES.
VJHEREAS, there is now pending in the Legislature,
.assembly Bill No. 831:
WHEREAS, upon enactment of this Bill the State
Department of Public Works and the California
Toll Bridge buthority may enter into negdtiations
for acquisition by the State of the San Mateo and
Dumbarton Bridges;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council
of the City of Burlingame urges the enactment of
this legislation and the inclusion of these two
bridges within the state highway system which in
the language of the Bill must be "on such terms
and conditions as may be deemed for the best
interests of the State".
I hereby certify the foregoing to be a true copy
of the Resolution adopted by the City Council
of the City of Burlingame, State of California,
at a regular meeting thereof held on the 21st
day of iipril, 1941, by the following vote of the
members thereof.
